Child from the age of 15

When your child is 15 years of age or older, they can log in to mynexuzhealth by himself using an eID card reader (or from 16 years of age with Itsme) to access the medical record.

Do you still wish to have a link to your child's record? For persons aged 15 years or older, a link can only be made with the patient's consent. To access the medical records of persons aged 15 years or older, you can be appointed as a confidante.
