How do I register with a code card in the Mynexuzhealth app?
Step 1: Open the Mynexuzhealth app on your smartphone and select ‘Code card’ as the registration method. Step 2: Scan the QR code on your code card. Step 3: Enter the password you received by email or at the hospital. If you requested the code card online, you can find it in the confirmation email. Step 4: Choose a five-digit PIN code and click ‘Complete’.
The registration was successful. You can now log in easily and access your digital health record.
