Opening or printing radiological images

Step 1: Visit www.mynexuzhealth.be and choose your login method. Via 'CSAM', you can log in using your identity card (eID) or 'itsme'.

Step 2: At the top of the screen, you can then click on 'Medical record'.

Step 3: Then go to 'Technical examinations'. Click on the examination whose images you want to view - these will open in a new window. If they do not open automatically, click on the 'hand'.

Attention! Images can sometimes be very large so your browser will not load them the first time. Are you getting an error? If so, reload your screen with the 'F5 key' on your keyboard or use the reload button at the top of your screen.

Still no result? In such case, send an e-mail with a screenshot to mynexuzhealth@nexuzhealth.be.

Step 3: After this, go to 'Contacts'. Click on the examination whose images you want to view and then click on 'radiological images'. The 'start viewer' button will open the images in a new window.

Step 4: In the new window, you can click on the three horizontal lines at the top, and finally on 'export DICOM', to save the images on your computer.

If you want to share images with your external care providers (e.g. physiotherapist), you can create a code.

Step 1: Visit www.mynexuzhealth.be and choose your login method. Via 'CSAM', you can log in using your identity card (eID) or 'itsme'.

Step 2: At the top of the screen, you can then click on 'Medical record'.

Step 3: After this, go to 'Reports'. Click on the examination you want to create a code for, then on 'radiological images' and finally on 'create a code'.

Step 4: You can then click on 'print' to print the document or save it as a PDF file. This contains the necessary explanation with the code and website that your external care provider can visit in order to view your images.

You can create a code with an Android smartphone - at present, this cannot be done on IOS (Apple) devices.

Step 1: Log into the 'mynexuzhealth' application.

Step 2: Go to the 'contacts' or 'reports' folder.

Step 3: Click on the examination for which you want to create a code. Radiological images must be available in this examination.

Step 4: Now click on the 'share' button at the top right.

Step 5: Send your received 'code', 'date of birth' and 'web link' to your external care provider.

Step 6: It is always possible to create a new code, after which the old one will unusable.
