Registering the app via your computer

How can I register the mynexuzhealth app using my computer or laptop?

●    Step 1: Visit www.mynexuzhealth.com and log in using either the eID card reader or itsme®.

●    Step 2: Go to your profile and select ‘App’ from the blue menu bar.

●    Step 3: Click ‘Register your device’ and follow the steps. Press ‘Start’ to begin.
●    Step 4: Choose a five-digit PIN code. You’ll need this code to connect with the mynexuzhealth app.
●    Step 5: Enter a name for your device (or the person using it), followed by the registration code shown in your app. On your device, select ‘Personal Computer’ and input the registration code found in the web application. Once done, click ‘Generate QR Code’.
●    Step 6: On your smartphone or tablet, tap ‘Next’ and scan the QR code shown on your computer screen. Make sure you grant the app camera permissions when prompted.
●    Step 7: Finally, log in with your newly chosen PIN and confirm with the checkmark.
