Step 1: First, log in to www.mynexuzhealth.be via 'CSAM' (eID card reader or 'itsme®').

Step 2: Then click on 'Medical record' at the top of the page. Thereafter, go to your reports by clicking on 'reports' in the blue menu bar.

Step 3: Then click on the report you wish to print. This will reveal the contents.

Step 4: Scroll to the end of the report. Click the "print" button to open your print view of the report.

Step 5a (printing): A print window will open in which you can select an active printer. Click on Print in order to print the document.

Step 5b (save as PDF): Do you want to save the document? In the print window, select 'Save as PDF'. When you click on 'Save' you will be able to choose the folder in which you want to save the file.

Attention! Via IOS, you can only share reports with other applications including the printer and e-mail.

Do you mainly use your Android smartphone or Android tablet to access the medical records? Follow these steps to print medical reports:

Step 1: First of all, open the 'mynexuzhealth' application on your smartphone or tablet. Once logged in, click on 'Reports' in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: You will then see an overview of all your medical reports. Click on the report you would like to print/save as a PDF.

Step 3: Open the report and click on the print icon to choose to print, or save the report as a PDF.

Step 4a (printing): When you want to print the report, choose the appropriate printer and click the print button.

Step 4b (save as PDF): Do you choose to save the report as a PDF? Click 'save as PDF' and finally click the PDF button on your screen. You will be redirected to your device's internal storage.
