How can I print or save reports?

Step 1: Log in at www.mynexuzhealth.com with your eID card reader or itsme®.

Step 2: Click on ‘Medical record’ at the top of the page. Then go to your reports by clicking ‘Reports’ in the blue menu bar.

Step 3: Click on the report you want to print. The content will expand.

Step 4: Scroll to the end of the report. Click the ‘Print’ button to open the print preview of your report.

Step 5a (print): A print window opens. Choose an active printer and click ‘Print’ to print the document.

Step 5b (save as PDF): Do you want to save the document? In the print window, choose ‘Save as PDF’. When you click ‘Save’, you can select the folder where you want to store the file.

Attention! Via iOS (Apple), you can only share reports with other applications such as the printer and email.

Are you using an Android smartphone or Android tablet to consult your medical record? Then follow these steps to print one or more medical reports:

Step 1: Open the Mynexuzhealth app on your smartphone or tablet. Once logged in, click ‘Reports’ in the left menu.

Step 2: You will see an overview of all your medical reports. Click on the report you want to print or save.

Step 3: Open the report and click the printer icon. Then choose whether you want to print the report or save it as a PDF file.

Step 4a (print): Choose the correct printer and click the print button.

Step 4b (save as PDF): Click ‘Save as PDF’ and then the PDF button on your screen. You will be redirected to the internal storage of your device.
