A healthcare provider can request free access to Nexuzhealth Consult after completing an application form. The form will be processed within 48 hours.

Step 1: Go to https://www.nexuzhealth.com/nl/professioneel/oplossingen/inzicht-patientendossiers-software and click ‘Request your account’ to request access to Nexuzhealth Consult.

Step 2: Complete the application form and click ‘Submit’.

Step 3: Have you received our confirmation email? Go to the login page and log in there with your eID or itsme®.

Have you not received our email? Make sure to check your junk mail (spam). If you cannot find a message from us there either, contact our servicedesk.

Step 1: Go to the login page and log in with your eID or itsme®, the authentication platform of the federal government. Follow the steps.

Step 2: You will now arrive at the start page of Nexuzhealth Consult.

Via Nexuzhealth Consult, as a healthcare provider, you can keep your address details up to date in the section ‘My details’.

Step 1: Click on your name and then on ‘Profile’ or go directly to the section ‘My details’.

Step 2: Under the address details, you can see which address is active and which addresses are no longer active. You can easily adjust this using the ‘Activate’ and ‘Deactivate’ buttons.
