Register via Codecard (app)

Step 1: Open the 'mynexuzhealth' app and select 'code card' as the registration method.

Step 2: Scan the QR code on your code card.

Step 3: Enter the password you received via email or the hospital. If you had requested the code card online, you can find it in the confirmation e-mail.

Step 4: Choose a five-digit PIN and click on 'Finish'.

The registration is complete. You can now log in to your medical record.
