How do I log in using a code card in the mynexuzhealth app?

1.    Open the mynexuzhealth app and select 'Code Card' as the registration method.
2.    Scan the QR code on your code card.
3.    Enter the password you received via email or from the hospital. If you requested the code card online, you will find it in the confirmation email.
4.    Choose a 5-digit PIN and click 'Finish.'

The registration is now complete. You can now easily log in and access your digital health record.
