Register via personal computer (PC)

Step 1: First of all, visit www.mynexuzhealth.com via your PC or laptop. Log in using your eID card reader or the Itsme® app.

Step 2: Then go to your profile and click on 'App' in the blue menu bar.

Step 3: After this, click on 'Register your device' and follow the various steps. Press 'Start' to get started.

Step 4: Choose a five-digit PIN code. You will need this PIN to log in to the 'mynexuzhealth' application afterwards.

Step 5: Enter the name of the device (or person), followed by the registration code. You can find the registration code in the 'mynexuzhealth' application. Start it up, choose the 'personal computer' option and enter the registration code that you can find in the 'mynexuzhealth' application. After entering the registration code on the laptop or PC, then click the 'generate QR code' button.

Step 6: Scan the QR code via the 'mynexuzhealth' application (no separate QR scanner required). Click 'next' and scan the QR code you see on your computer screen.

To use the camera function via the application, you must first give permission. After this, you can scan the QR code.

Step 7: Finally, log in using the PIN that you have chosen, and click on the 'check mark'.
