Which administrative details can I update?

Profile photo

To prevent identity misuse, you cannot change your profile photo yourself. Please visit the registration desk at your care institution to do this.

Contact details

In your profile, you can update or add your phone number and email address, as well as those of your emergency contacts.

Address

In your profile, you can update or add your phone number and email address, as well as those of your emergency contacts.

My hospital

If you see a hospital listed under ‘My hospital’, it means you had an appointment or examination there. This cannot be modified.

General practitioner

You can update your general practitioner via the ‘Access’ option in your profile. Only one GP can be registered. The change will be processed by the medical administration service.

Language

You can change the language of your profile via www.mynexuzhealth.com or in the app under ‘Settings’ > ‘Preferred language’. Choose between Dutch, English or French.
