Some medical terms or information in your file may be unclear or raise questions. That’s normal, as this information has not been modified in terms of language, content, or structure. Reports are not only based on new test results or consultations but may also include historical data. If anything is unclear, discuss it with your healthcare provider.

Some reports may not be immediately available in the app or online. This could be because your care team has not yet reviewed them, or because they have been restricted. In such cases, the content might include information about other individuals or be subject to a 'therapeutic exception'.

Medical information is strictly personal and confidential. Always handle it with care and don’t share it with people who are not authorised to see it. If you do, nexuzhealth cannot be held responsible for any resulting harm, direct or indirect.
