How do I register via SMS in the mynexuzhealth app?

    The SMS registration method is only available at certain partner hospitals. When selecting this option, you’ll see a list of hospitals where it’s supported.

    ⚠️ Note: This method doesn’t grant access to eHealth databases or external healthcare records. Use itsme® or PC login for full access, including ‘External sources’ and ‘Vaccinations’ folders.

    Requirements:
    ●    You have a hospital appointment scheduled within the next two months
    ●    Your mobile number is registered in your digital health file

    Instructions:
    1.    Open the mynexuzhealth app
    2.    Select ‘SMS’ as the registration method
    3.    Check if your hospital is listed – if not, use a different method
    4.    Enter your date of birth and continue
    5.    Enter your mobile number (must start with ‘04...’ or ‘00324...’ – don’t use +32). You’ll receive a verification code by SMS
    6.    Choose a five-digit PIN
    7.    Enter the activation code you received by SMS, click ‘Finish’, and log in with your PIN

    Some smartphones detect the SMS automatically and fill in the code for you
