Temporary restrictions on the use of Mynexuzhealth

To protect the security of our applications and your data, we have temporarily introduced several precautionary measures following the identification of security vulnerabilities.

As a result, access to the Mynexuzhealth mobile app has been temporarily disabled. You can still access your health information via the web portal.

Below, we explain what these measures mean for you and how you can continue to log in.

1. Why is the mobile app temporarily unavailable?

Following the recent identification of security vulnerabilities, temporary precautionary measures have been introduced. To minimise potential security risks and protect your health data, access to the mobile app has been temporarily disabled.

2. How can I continue to access my health information?

You can still access your health information via the Mynexuzhealth web portal.

Log in via CSAM, for example using itsme, eID or myGov. This allows you to access your available health information directly through your browser, without using the mobile app.

3. Are any other features temporarily restricted?

Yes. In addition to the mobile app, restrictions currently also apply to video consultations, questionnaires and logging in with a code card.

4. How long will the mobile app remain unavailable?

It is currently unclear how long these measures will remain in place. Access to the mobile app will be restored as soon as it is safe to do so.

We understand that these temporary measures may cause inconvenience. The security of your data and our services remains our priority.
